CITYSPEC Specialist Pest Management Solutions Ltd is an equal opportunities employer. Implementation of Policy
Communication
It is the responsibility of management to communicate this policy throughout the workforce and to all potential employees.
Training
The Company will take all steps to ensure equal opportunities its integrated into the continuous training programme and the induction training of new staff.
Monitoring
The prime objectives of monitoring are to: identify areas of and reasons for under representation of particular groups in the workforce; to enable the Company to review and reshape its Equal Opportunities Policy an action programme and assess the impact of procedures and identify any unintentional impact on particular groups.
Recruitment and Selection
The selection process is of a crucial importance in this policy and must be carried out according to objective criteria, which will be subject to review. The Company will endeavour through appropriate training to ensure that employees making selection decisions will not discriminate whether consciously or unconsciously in making these decisions.
Grievance and Discipline
The grievance procedure is available to any employees who feel they have been discriminated against and should raise their concerns directly to their line manager. Disciplinary action will be taken against any employee who commits a breach of this policy or any unlawful acts of discrimination.
This policy will be reviewed at regular intervals and may be subject to positive changes designed to enhance the Company’s commitment to Equal Opportunities.
